Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon
    6 or 8 large squash
    1 medium onion
    1/2 lb. Velveeta
Preparation
    Saute squash
    in
    water
    with
    onion.
    Cook until done. Fry bacon.
    Drain
    excess water off squash.
    Mix with crumbled bacon. Place in casserole dish and top with cheese.
    Let melt in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Stir.
    Cook for additional 20 minutes.
