Old-Fashioned Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. rice, cooked
    3 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. raisins or more
    grated rind of lemon
Preparation
    Mix rice well with other ingredients.
    Bake 20 minutes in buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish (Pyrex) at 350\u00b0.
