Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini, sliced
    1/2 lb. boiled ham, sliced in strips
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. whipping cream or half and half cream
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    juice of 1 lemon
    garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    In a saucepan, place zucchini and cover with water.
    Add lemon juice and bring to boil.
    Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer a minute or two.
    Remove from heat and drain well.
    Butter a 10-inch pie pan and combine zucchini with ham, nuts, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
    In a blender, combine whipping cream, eggs and Parmesan cheese, mixing thoroughly.
    Pour cream mixture over zucchini and ham and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
