Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash browns
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    12 oz. grated American cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Place thawed potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan or baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
    Mix together the soup, cheese, sour cream and onion.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Top with crushed corn flakes and drizzle the melted oleo over all.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
