Creamy Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/4 c. chives
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Peel and boil potatoes until tender; drain and mash.
Add sour cream, cream cheese, margarine and chives.
Blend thoroughly with mixer.
Place in a baking dish and garnish as desired with paprika or more chives.
Bake for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
May be made ahead of time and not baked until 30 minutes before serving.
