New York Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
32 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, 2 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Mix well.
Pat into lightly greased 9-inch spring-form pan.
Beat cream cheese in mixer bowl.
Add 2 cups sugar and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla.
Fold in sour cream.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Turn off oven.
Let stand in cold oven for 1 hour.
Cool to room temperature.
Remove side of pan.
Chill, covered, in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
Yields 16 servings.
