Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. corn tortillas
    2 tsp. butter or margarine
    1 onion
    3 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 small can diced green chilies
    1 large pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 chicken, boiled, cooled and cut in pieces
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 1-3inch pan.
    Fry onion in margarine until tender. Add soup.
    Tear tortillas in pieces.
    Layer ingredients as follows:
    tortillas, soup mixture, chicken, cheese and chilies. Repeat until casserole is full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 6.
