Mam'S Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. vegetarian loaf mix or 1/2 to 3/4 c. dehydrated beef-style vegetable protein bits
    9 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    1 large can chopped tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 c. Mozzarella or soy cheese
    1 c. Ricotta or 1/4 c. Parmesan (if desired)
    1 pkg. frozen Saucettes
Preparation
    Stir 1 cup of hot water into loaf mix.
    Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, oregano, basil and garlic powder.
    Grease or spray a 9 x 12-inch or equivalent baking dish.
    Cover bottom of dish with a thin layer of sauce mixture.
    Arrange 3 noodles on top of sauce. Top with a little sauce and part of cheese mixture.
    Repeat process 2 more times, ending with Mozzarella cheese on top.
    Top with separated frozen Saucettes.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
