Smoked Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can red salmon
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. horseradish
    8 oz. cream cheese
    chopped, toasted pecans
Preparation
    Remove skin, bones and liquid from salmon.
    Drain well.
    Mix all ingredients together very well.
    Chill four hours.
    Roll into one or two balls.
    Roll the balls into chopped pecans to cover. Serve with your favorite crackers.
