Rose Petal Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. firmly packed fragrant rose petals from pesticide free blossoms (about 15 large roses), washed and patted dry
    1 c. tea leaves
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 200\u00b0.
    Place rose petals on an ungreased baking sheet.
    Leaving oven door slightly open, dry petals in oven for 3 to 4 hours, or until completely dry, stirring occasionally. In a blender or food processor, finely grind rose petals and tea leaves.
    Store in airtight container.
    To brew: place 1 teaspoon tea for each 8 ounces of water in a warm teapot.
    Bring to a rolling boil and pour over tea.
    Steep for 5 minutes, stir and strain.
    Serve hot or chilled.
