Tuna Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 (6 to 7 oz.) can tuna, flaked
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 slightly beaten egg yolks
    2 stiffly beaten egg whites
Preparation
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Add celery and onion.
    Cook over low heat about 5 minutes.
    Do not brown.
    Stir in flour.
    Add milk (all at once).
    Cook, stirring until thick and boiling.
    Remove from heat and stir in tuna and salt.
    Quickly add egg yolks.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Turn into greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Serve hot.
