White Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 (11 oz.) cans white Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1 large tomato, chopped
    3 to 4 green onions, chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine oil, vinegar, brown sugar, salt and pepper; mix well. Add corn, tomato, onion and bell pepper; toss to combine.
    Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Serves 8.
