Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
6 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
15 oz. Ricotta
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. dry parsley flakes
1 pkg. jumbo shells
1 jar pasta sauce
Preparation

Cook jumbo pasta shells as directed on package.
Combine all ingredients.
Fill each pasta shell with mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0, covered with foil, for 20 minutes and then, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
Let set.
Cover with sauce.
