Fruit Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. vanilla pudding mix (regular)
    2 small pkg. tapioca mix
    1 can mandarin oranges
    1 can pineapple chunks
    2 cans chunky fruit
    1 jar maraschino cherries
    3 large bananas
    1 tsp. orange extract
Preparation
    Drain fruit and cherries and save juice.
    In medium pan, put a total of 6 cups liquid (use juice and add water to make 6 cups). Add liquid slowly to vanilla and tapioca pudding mixes.
    Add orange extract and cook until thick (boiling point).
    Remove from heat and cool (about 1/2 hour).
    After cooling, put fruit and sliced bananas into mixture and stir.
    Refrigerate.
