Pepsi Cola Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. Pepsi
2 sticks margarine
2 c. sugar
2 c. unsifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Boil together cocoa, Pepsi and margarine.
Put flour, sugar and salt in mixing bowl and pour hot Pepsi mixture over this. Beat until smooth.
Beat in whole eggs and vanilla.
Stir in by hand the buttermilk and soda.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour on Hot Pepsi Icing.
A very moist cake.
