Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless breasts
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    In large frying pan over medium heat, saute onion in oil until soft.
    In small bowl, combine catsup, sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice and pepper; add to onion.
    Add chicken to pan; bring to boil. Cover; simmer for 25 to 35 minutes, or until chicken is done. Remove chicken.
    Dissolve cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water; add to pan with sauce.
    Cook until it thickens.
    Place chicken on cooked rice, then pour sauce over chicken.
