Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. carrots, finely shredded
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix sugar and oil. Add dry ingredients and alternate with eggs.
Add crushed pineapple, carrots, pecans and vanilla. Bake in a well-greased pan at 350\u00b0.
