Pork Chops (Or Chicken) And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    butter or oil
    2 stalks chopped celery
    1 small onion, diced
    pork chops or chicken pieces
    1/2 c. rice
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
    1 can water
    1/2 tsp. sage
Preparation
    In deep sided cast-iron or ovensafe skillet, melt butter or oil; add celery and onion and cook until tender.
    Add chops or chicken and lightly brown.
    Add rice, soup and water.
    Simmer and add sage.
    Cover and bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
