Chipped Beef Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    3 oz. chipped beef
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Shred chipped beef.
    Add all ingredients and mix well.
    Shape into a ball or log.
    Can be rolled in chopped nuts if desired. Chill. Delicious with crackers or Melba toast.
