Shepherd Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 lb. (16 oz.) sweet white corn
    7 servings of Potato Buds
    1 medium sweet onion
    1 lb. medium cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Chop onions and saute.
    Add ground beef and season to taste. Drain off fat.
    Pour cooked ground beef into bottom of an ungreased 13 x 9 baking dish.
    Spread frozen corn over top of cooked beef. Spread cooked mashed potatoes over the corn.
    Then add cheese to cover top.
    Place in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven.
    Cover the pan with tinfoil for the first 20 minutes, then remove foil for 10 more minutes to brown cheese.
