Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pepper steak meat
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger
    1/4 c. oil
    1 onion
    2 large peppers, cut up (1 green and 1 red)
    2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
    Add beef; toss and set aside.
    While preparing veggies, heat oil in a large frying pan. Add beef; cook until brown.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat.
    Turn heat up.
    Add vegetables.
    Toss until vegetables are tender, 10 minutes.
    Mix cornstarch with water; add to pan. Stir and cook until thickened.
