Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger
    5 Tbsp. mustard seed
    4 tsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Mix all together thoroughly.
    Put in refrigerator in covered dish for 4 days.
    Each day, mix well with hands.
    Will be hard. On the fifth day, shape into logs and put on broiler pan.
    Bake in oven for 8 hours at 150\u00b0.
