Cabbage And Zucchini Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 (2 lb.) cabbage, finely shredded
    3 to 4 zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    1 large sliced onion
    1/2 c. broth
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in large, heavy skillet and add cabbage.
    Toss well with 2 wooden spoons.
    Add onion and toss again.
    Add liquid to skillet; reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    Add garlic and zucchini and cover again.
    Simmer another 10 minutes.
    Season to taste.
