Idiot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. solid shortening
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. cold water
    7 c. flour (self-rising)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup water.
    Bring margarine, water and shortening to boil and cool in large bowl.
    Mix eggs, sugar and 1 cup water.
    Combine 3 mixtures, then add 7 cups of flour.
    Mix and place in refrigerator until ready to use.
    Two to three hours before using, roll out on floured surface and cut out fairly thin. Brush with melted butter.
    Fold over and let rise until double in size and bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
