Ham And Lima Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen fordhook lima beans
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 c. chopped red onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped, cooked ham
    1/3 c. chopped ripe olives
    1/4 c. snipped parsley
    1 jar diced pimento, drained
    1/3 c. white wine vinegar
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook limas according to package directions.
    Drain.
    Rinse with cold water.
    Drain again.
    In mixing bowl, combine beans, mushrooms, onion, ham, olives, parsley and pimento.
