Company Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, sliced
    3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
    1/2 to 1 tsp. thyme
    pepper
Preparation
    Saute the carrots and onions.
    When almost tender, add the rest of the ingredients.
    Steam for a few minutes covered, over low heat, until carrots are tender.
