Ingredients

4 egg yolks
2/3 c. granulated sugar
2 sq. bitter chocolate, melted
5 Tbsp. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
egg whites, beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
whipped cream
Preparation

Beat until thick the egg yolks, sugar, chocolate, flour, baking powder and salt.
Fold in egg whites and vanilla.
Bake in a 10 x 15-inch pan, greased with waxed paper 10 to 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
When it comes out of the oven, place on a towel with powdered sugar spread on it.
Cut the ends.
When cool, spread whipped cream over and roll.
Place in refrigerator.
