Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. pared, grated apples
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. grated lemon peel

Preparation

Mix sugar, oil and eggs in large bowl.
Sift together flour, soda and salt.
Add to oil mixture.
Then add the apples, nuts and lemon peel.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
