Teresa'S Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg, beaten
3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
1 c. hot water
Preparation

Mix yeast and warm water.
Set aside and let rise.
In another bowl, combine hot water, sugar and shortening.
Add egg and yeast. Slowly add flour.
Beat until mix gets thick and slows mixer. Put dough in greased bowl and let stand, covered with towel, until it rises for 2 hours.
Then pinch rolls off dough and put in pan. Let rise again.
Cook at 425\u00b0 until golden brown.
