Southern Chicken Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. flour
2 1/4 c. milk
2 c. chopped chicken
1/2 c. crushed crackers
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. onion salt
dash of pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. water
cooking oil
1/2 lb. sliced Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Make a cream sauce with margarine, flour and 1 3/4 cups milk. Combine chicken, 1/2 cup cracker crumbs, parsley, seasonings and 1 cup sauce.
Mix well.
Chill for about 5 minutes.
