Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. finely diced apples
2 eggs
1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put diced apples in large mixing bowl; add unbeaten eggs and stir until well blended.
Add salad oil and mix again.
Combine dry ingredients and add to apple mixture.
Fold together until all dry ingredients are gone.
Add vanilla and nuts.
This will be very thick.
Pour into greased 9 1/2 x 11 1/2-inch baking dish. Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0; if glass pan is used, bake at 300\u00b0.
