Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
    1 large egg or 1/4 c. egg substitute
    4 medium bananas, mashed
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    12 pkg. Equal
    1/2 c. low-fat (1%) milk
Preparation
    In 5-cup ice cream maker, combine all ingredients except milk. Add milk to bring mixture up to fill line.
    Add more milk if necessary; freeze.
    Makes 8 servings.
