Mexican Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) deep-dish pie shell
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can refried beans
    tortilla chips
    salsa
    taco seasoning
    grated cheese (Cheddar or pepper-Jack)
    sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Bake pie shell according to directions for about 10 minutes. Brown ground beef. Add taco seasoning. In small bowl, mix beans and 1/4 cup salsa. Place bean mixture in pie shell. Top with about 15 crushed tortilla chips. Put ground beef on top of chips. Add grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes. Serve with additional salsa and sour cream.
