Cold Oven Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. Crisco
    5 eggs, well beaten
    3 3/4 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 tsp. almond
    3/4 tsp. lemon flavorings
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Cream sugar, margarine and Crisco.
    Add beaten eggs to creamed mixture.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
    Alternate flour mixture and milk.
    Add flavorings. Once you begin to beat the batter, do so continually until all ingredients have been added.
    Pour into pound cake pan and place in a cold oven.
    Turn oven to 310\u00b0 and bake about 1 1/4 hours, depending on the weight of your pan.
