Italian Turkey Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. oregano (split)
    4 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 can mushrooms
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. sliced olives
Preparation
    Combine turkey, milk, bread crumbs, garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon oregano.
    Press into 9-inch pie pan, bringing up on sides.
    Spread tomato paste evenly over \"crust.\"
    Top with 1/2 teaspoon oregano, mushrooms and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese, green peppers and olives.
    Bake an additional 15 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.
