Texas Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 oz.) cans evaporated milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. vinegar
6 c. finely shredded cabbage
Preparation

Combine milk, sugar, salt and pepper; mix well.
Gradually add vinegar, stirring constantly.
Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
