Ingredients

1 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
1 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 c. sesame oil
2 lb. sirloin steak
Preparation

Combine soy sauce, garlic powder, salt and peppers.
Slowly whisk in the oil.
Place beef in a plastic bag.
Pour sauce over meat.
Seal bag and refrigerate for 6 hours.
Turn bag occasionally.
Drain meat and discard marinade.
Cook meat as you desire.
