Old Fashioned Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 cups milk
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 cup heavy whipping cream
Preparation
    Separate the eggs and mix the milk, egg yolks, and sugar over low heat on the stove until sugar has dissolved.
    Beat the egg whites until stiff and pour over the warm mixture and mix well. Add the vanilla and salt.
    Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until cold.
    While this is cooling, whip the whipping cream.
    Take mixture out of refrigerator and add the whipped cream.
    Freeze according to your ice cream mixer directions.
