Creamy Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (10 oz.) can clams, drained
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine 1st 5 ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover.
    Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
    Add rest of ingredients, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly.
    Yields 5 cups, 176 calories and 2.4 g fat per 1 cup serving.
