Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. plain flour
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cloves
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, spices and salt together.
Add eggs, oil and vanilla.
Mix well.
Add apples and nuts.
Stir until mixed.
Pour into greased, floured tube pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 until done.
Place in heavy brown paper bag immediately.
Close tightly.
Let stay 1 hour.
