Peg'S Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. top sirloin, cut into strips
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. dry sherry
    1/2 c. beef broth
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 pkg. noodles
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Add beef and set aside.
    Add butter to skillet.
    Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes.
    Add sherry and boil 2 minutes.
    Add beef broth and cornstarch.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Add beef and heat 1 to 2 more minutes.
    Do not boil.
    Serve over noodles.
