Green Beans Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. green beans (fresh)
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 medium stalk celery, sliced
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt (seasoned)
    1/4 c. ripe olives, sliced
    2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
Preparation
    Cut beans crosswise in 1-inch pieces.
    Heat beans, water and salt to boiling point in a 2-quart saucepan.
    Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
    Add celery.
    Cover and cook until beans are tender, about 10 minutes; drain.
    Heat butter, lemon juice, seasoned salt, olives and pimento on low heat until butter melts.
    Toss with beans.
    Serves 4 to 6.
