Brown Rice And Lentil Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. uncooked brown rice
    1/2 c. dry lentils, rinsed
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. carrots, chopped
    1/4 c. snipped parsley
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 bay leaf
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine all with 2 cups water and cook uncovered for 1 hour.
