Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. raw rhubarb, cut in 1/2-inch chunks
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. buttermilk
    sour milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream sugars, margarine and egg; add salt.
    Stir in milk, baking soda, vanilla and flour.
    Add rhubarb.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Sprinkle top with 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon and bake.
