Cocoa Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
2/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Place cocoa, sugar, cream of tartar and milk in saucepan; mix well.
Place over heat and cook, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves.
Cover and cook 2 minutes longer.
Uncover and cook until mixture forms a soft ball when dropped from spoon into cold water.
Remove from heat.
Add butter, but do not stir.
Cool to lukewarm.
Add vanilla and beat until creamy or until shine disappears.
Pour onto greased pan.
Cut when cool and serve.
