Cappuccino Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. instant coffee, flavored may be used (mocha, caramel, etc.)
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. mini chocolate chips
    cream cheese spread
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Combine coffee and milk, add eggs, butter and vanilla.
    Stir into dry ingredients until just moistened.
    Fold in chips.
    Spray muffin tins with non-stick spray.
    Fill 2/3 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 17 to 20 minutes.
    Cool in pan for 5 minutes then remove to wire rack.
    Serve with Cream Cheese Spread.
