Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. molasses
1 egg
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. unbleached flour
3 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
-
Heat until lukewarm the milk, margarine and molasses.
Pretest dry yeast as recommended on package and let rise.
Add lukewarm milk, margarine and molasses.
Add salt and flours.
