Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. skim milk
1 oz. or 2 tbsp. cornmeal
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, separated
10 oz. grated low fat cheddar cheese
Preparation

Over low heat, cook milk, cornmeal and salt until the mixture thickens. Stir in beaten egg yolk and cheese. Beat egg white until stiff and fold in. Place in muffin tins that have been sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
