German Potato Salad, Her Version - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    10 oz. Vlasic sweet butter chips
    3 Tbsp. Dijon country style mustard
    4 Tbsp. Hellmann's natural mayonnaise or use recipe in our Sauce section
    1 onion (large)
    1 to 2 apples
    2 Tbsp. vinegar (from the sweet butter chips jar)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil in a large pot.
