Stromboli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. frozen bread dough, defrosted
    8 thin slices hard salami
    8 thin slices Provolone cheese
    8 thin slices capocollo or ham
    1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 (8 oz.) jar pizza sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Brush 11 x 17-inch baking sheet with oil.
    Roll dough out on prepared sheet to edges.
    Drop by spoonfuls, about 1/2 cup of the pizza sauce, then sprinkle about 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese on the dough lengthwise down the center, leaving about 1/2-inch space at the end.
    Top with salami, Provolone and then capocollo or ham.
    Spread with mustard. Sprinkle with Parmesan, garlic salt, oregano and seasoned salt. Top with remaining pizza sauce and Mozzarella.
